Bill Wade is a member of the Business Faculty at Georgian College, Ontario, Canada. Before started teaching Bill held senior management roles across a diversified range of organizations — including consumer goods, hospitality industries and consulting. Bill led sales of companies, and successfully launched various brands. He has a strong back ground in facilitation and coaching, and he developed numerous workshops and seminars to address performance needs of sales teams and management groups. Bill has Bachelor Degree in History from Glendon College, York University. He attended University of Western Ontario, and completed Executive Marketing Management certification. Bill also holds Teaching and Training Adults certificate from Georgian College.
Mary Anne Alton retired from public education after 39 years of service including 5 years as Director of Education with responsibility for 56 schools, 2000 staff and 20,000 students. She is Vice-Chair of International Student Exchanges (Ontario) Board, escorts students to France and Spain to connect with host families, co- ordinated summer programs for students from Korea, and completed 5 volunteer trips to Haiti. She has seen first-hand the impact of international learning opportunities and the importance of international support. A dedicated community volunteer with local, provincial, national and international connections, Mary Anne is able to support the team in creating authentic educational opportunities.
Sharif started working with the former British charity, IAS UK, providing assistance to immigrants and refugees after leaving university with an Economics degree in 2003. He held roles in managing projects of international charities in Bangladesh, UK, Denmark and Canada, as well as time as an entrepreneur. Sharif traveled and experienced most of Europe. He is a huge supporter of ‘End Hunger’ campaign of Canadian Foodgrains Bank, and raising funds for them for three years. Sharif is a Board Member of YMCA Owen Sound Grey Bruce. He also sits in the Economic Development and Planning Advisory Committee of Grey County. Sharif holds an MSc in Economic Development from University of Glasgow and a Certificate in International Development from University of Cambridge.
